This kickboxing class delivers a high intensity cardio workout, utilising heavy bags to undertake boxing and kickboxing techniques, while also using bodyweight exercises. And yes, you get your own bag and it's a load of fun. While it’s high paced and fitness-focused, instructors are actual boxers and teach proper technique during each class. All levels, 45 minutes.
LIFT & SWEAT
Our class for strength and conditioning and an even better take on crossfit. It’s the perfect blend of strength training, agility, plyometrics, core work and movement training. This class focuses on building strength, power, and mobility with correct form and technique and finishing with a higher intensity workout to ramp up your power output and shed fat fast. All levels welcome, 45 minutes.

KICKBOXING SKILLS AND MUAY THAI
Learn the traditional art of Muay Thai and it's western cousin in our engaging and technical classes. Run by champions and trainers of champions but appropriate for all skill levels this class will teach you all the skills you need to be a true warrior. 60 minutes.
Learn proper footwork, ringcraft, power punching, and defense in this boxing skill class. Ideal if you want to take on tougher challenges like sparring or fighting. We’ll guide you through drills as you practice controlling your punches, reacting defensively, applying your footwork, and putting together combos across boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. For all levels, 60 minutes.

Strength & Mobility
Using gymnastic strength training skills and concepts our S & M classes are a real punish on your fat. Make your body more limber while you learn how to move your body with more strength and agility. 45-60 minutes.
If you're ready to step up to a harder challenge but don't want to throw yourself in the deep end yet sparring skills is perfect. take the skills you've learnt in other classes and put them to the test in a medium to low contact sparring class that will also help you learn more tricks and skills as you go. 60 minutes.
