The Vault Boxing and Fitness offers personal training for Boxing, Kickboxing and fitness in Waterloo from Monday to Friday starting from 6am until 12pm. Your training session is tailored to you, the individual using over a decade of coaching experience and education. We can help you lose or gain weight, learn the skills of Boxing and Kickboxing, increase your strength, cardio, and most of all your happiness.
We don't do cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all workouts, we focus on giving you the training that will help you achieve the results you are looking for. We are open to training everyone from beginner to advanced students, fit or unfit. We provide the right equipment and the knowledge, all you have to do is show up (and put some work in).
